Sonia is a very knowledgeable person concerning the real estate business. She is available any time of the day and when you text her she gets back to you within minutes. We found that she does not push you to purchase until you are completely satisfied with the purchase. She will professionally give you the pros and the cons at every condo or home that you will visit. In our case when we went to visit the condo she made sure that all the snags that we detected were repaired before we purchase the condo. Yes, everything was repaired and my daughter bought the condo. To finalize, THANK YOU!! Sonia you were very honest!! and loyal towards us. Sonia helped us sell our condo. She was so professional and efficient. We were hesitant to get a real estate agent because they can be very aggressive but we are so happy we went with her. She was never pushy, she answered all of our questions and even when it wasn't within her realm of business, she made sure to get us the answer. We sold our condo in 3 days and closed on another house in a week. Sonia is not only hard working but she loves what she does and that's a huge part of what makes her such a pleasure to work with. We couldn't recommend her enough!
